Lease Options
Cedarwood Condos offers a year lease option. A deposit is required upon move in and is the same price as the monthly rental amount. The following are the current lease rates as of January 1, 2023:

Two Bedroom, 1 car garage – 1,144 sq. ft. $1,195
Two Bedroom, 2 car garage – 1,144 sq. ft. $1,295
Three Bedroom, 1 car garage – 1,371 sq. ft. $1,350
Three Bedroom, 2 car garage – 1,371 sq. ft. $1,395
•To begin the process of moving into a condo unit, please call (308) 660-5798 to receive an application. (Application fee is $40.00 non-refundable)
•Tenant pays electricity/water through Municipal Light and Water; gas through Northwestern Energy; and all other utilities. Trash removal is provided. No smoking and pet friendly with restrictions.
